Quality assurance: Before shipping, we will test the material and workmanship of the specific product for free for the buyer to see if it meets the manufacturer's standard terms.
Packaging and shipping: The shipping date is the estimated time, which is related to the user's payment speed, the speed of informing the receipt information, and the freight forwarder's freight speed. We are not responsible for delays or inability to ship due to force majeure (e.g. war, natural disasters, etc.). However, if delays occur, we will re-estimate the shipping date based on the time loss caused by force majeure and ship the goods in a timely manner.
Taxes: Our RMB quotes include tax. The US dollar quotation does not include sales, use, excise taxes and other relevant taxes, which will be paid by the purchaser as long as the price is determined, although the purchaser may provide an acceptable tax exemption certificate to the tax authority.
Order Cancellation: Once payment is confirmed to place the order, the purchaser may cancel the order after paying us the appropriate cancellation fee. In special cases, you can request a free cancellation of your order. If there are goods that fall under the category of non-cancellable orders and returns, we will indicate them in the quote.
Scope of responsibility: If it is indeed a product quality problem, we are responsible for contacting the manufacturer to repair or replace it for free. Our liability for any claim, including for omission, loss or damage, or in connection with, unrelated, or arising out of the manufacture, sale, delivery, resale, repair or use of the goods supplied, will not exceed the apportioned price of the goods. We are not responsible for losses caused by intentional or consequential damages.
Payment terms: 30%-100% prepayment for the order (determined according to the order amount and additional costs such as transportation), 100% paid before factory shipment. Small orders support T/T, large orders support L/C.
Price policy: Our quotation is only valid for the validity period specified in the quotation (generally 30 days, special cases are discussed separately), after the validity period needs to be re-inquired, accounted for and quoted. The buyer needs to confirm the payment within the validity period of the quotation. Once the date of the buyer's payment confirmation of the order exceeds the validity period of the quotation, if the manufacturer has a price increase or discount reduction, our quotation will also be adjusted accordingly.
